This test focused on the feasibility of the engine thrust regulation scheme, which means that the domestic first breakthrough in the dual low temperature rocket engine thrust regulation technology and high-precision low temperature regulator technology, it not only laid the technical foundation for the reusable rocket return, and also helped the rocket's flight trajectory optimization and rocket fault diagnosis before take-off.
This test further examined the system coordination and technical feasibility of the engine, and initially evaluated the reliability of the engine. The test time was up to 200 seconds, covering the entire flight time of the rocket, and the system coordination of the engine and the feasibility of the scheme, the feasibility of the thrust adjustment scheme, and the effectiveness of the optimization measures of the thrust chamber and gas generator were examined. It is a milestone test in the process of engine development and has great significance.
It is understood that "Tianque" tq-12 engine is the most powerful reusable liquid oxygen methane engine in China. The ground engine has a sea level thrust of 67 tons, a vacuum thrust of 76 tons and the vacuum engine with a vacuum thrust of 80 tons, it is the world's third and Asia's largest thrust liquid oxygen methane engine. The engine has the characteristics of reusability, non-toxic and environmental protection, high reliability, high performance, low cost, and easy operation, and represents the development direction of aerospace main power technology.
◢ ZQ-2 power system layout:
According to Landspace "80 + 10" rocket power system technology route, the 80-ton engine TQ-12 is commonly used for rockets of the first and second stage, and the 10-ton engine TQ-11 is commonly used for the rockets of the second stage and third stage. Through the parallel combination of two types of engines, it covers the entire family of ZQ rockets ranging from small, medium to large. It is expected that in the middle of next year, the two types of engines will be tested under extreme conditions, limit boundary conditions, swing tests, and long-range tests, and will complete the initial sample development. At the end of next year, the qualification test will be completed, with flight conditions, power system test products delivered, and initial batch production and delivery capabilities. In the future, TQ-11 and TQ-12 two-type liquid oxygen methane engines will form the power system of the ZQ-2 launch vehicle.
